Terms of Use
Effective October 20, 2026 · Last updated October 23, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Deadbolt Digital LLC (“Deadbolt Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions: hello@deadbolt.digital.
2. Information only; no service contract
The site describes our web design, development, search engine optimization, automation, software and design services. Submitting an enquiry or call request does not create a client relationship or a contract, and a requested call time is not confirmed until we confirm it by email. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls over these Terms.
3. Case studies, results and demonstrations
Case studies describe specific engagements with specific scopes, timelines, budgets and market conditions. They are not typical and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Search rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and your own operations. Where a case study or figure is labeled illustrative, it is not a measured client result. Interactive demos, sample interfaces and concept designs on this site are illustrations only; they do not place orders, send data to third parties or connect to your systems.
4. Trademarks
McDonald’s, Tesla, Walmart, Google, Samsung and Nothing are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names identify clients or projects our team has worked on and do not imply endorsement or sponsorship. “Deadbolt Digital” and the Deadbolt logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, graphics and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, republish or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as allowed by law (for example, fair use). Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Copyright concerns. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@deadbolt.digital with the work concerned, the location on our site, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond promptly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data by automated means; submit false, unlawful or spam submissions; impersonate anyone; or use the site to infringe anyone’s rights.
7. Your submissions
Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information that is not needed for your request. We handle submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting project information does not transfer ownership of it to us.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. CONTENT IS GENERAL INFORMATION, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEADBOLT DIGITAL AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
11. Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
13. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the site.
