Accessibility Statement
Effective October 20, 2026 · Last updated October 23, 2026
Our commitment: everyone should be able to learn about our services and contact us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
1. Our standard
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not a final check.
2. What we build in
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators, including the menu, carousels, demos and booking calendar.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and labelled form fields with clear error messages.
- Body text of at least 16px, a day and night theme, and colour contrast designed to meet AA ratios.
- Respect for your system’s “reduce motion” setting. Auto-moving content also pauses on hover and keyboard focus, and has a visible pause control.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 320px width and support browser zoom to 200%.
3. Known limitations
- Some interactive demonstrations (for example the design and automation sandboxes) are visual by nature. Every demo has an equivalent text description of what it shows, and none is required to contact us or book a call.
- Third-party brand logos are reproduced as supplied; their names are always provided as text.
We review the site regularly with automated tools, keyboard-only testing and screen readers, and fix issues as we find them.
4. Report a barrier or request another format
If anything on this site is hard to use, email hello@deadbolt.digital with the page address and what happened. We will reply within 5 business days and, if needed, provide the information or take your enquiry in another way that works for you.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and is tested with VoiceOver and NVDA.
