Websites & ecommerce

THE OPPORTUNITY

A better place to meet your brand.

Fast, clear websites and online stores that make your next step obvious.

Your website is often the first conversation a customer has with your business. We plan, design and develop custom websites and ecommerce stores that load fast, read clearly on any device and guide visitors toward a single next step, whether that is a purchase, a quote request or a booked call. Projects start with discovery and a sitemap, move through responsive design and development, and finish with content setup, accessibility and performance testing, and a documented handover so your team can update pages with confidence. We recommend the platform that fits how you sell, from a content management system to hosted ecommerce or a custom build, and we design for search from day one so the site is easy for Google to crawl and understand.

SEO & search visibility

THE OPPORTUNITY

Be there when they’re looking.

Technical foundations and useful content that connect your business with search intent.

Search engine optimization works best when technical health, useful content and clear measurement move together. Our SEO services begin with a technical audit covering crawlability, indexing, site speed, structured data and mobile usability, followed by keyword and search-intent research that maps the questions your customers actually ask to the pages that should answer them. We improve on-page structure, metadata and internal linking, plan content that earns visibility, and, for businesses with physical locations, strengthen local SEO through consistent Google Business Profile and listing information. You receive a prioritized roadmap and plain-language reporting tied to traffic, enquiries and revenue rather than vanity rankings. SEO takes time, and results depend on competition and search engine changes, so we focus on durable improvements.

Automation & integrations

THE OPPORTUNITY

Less repetition. More momentum.

Connect the tools you already use and give repetitive work a clearer route.

Repetitive admin quietly eats into the hours your team could spend on customers. We map how work actually moves through your business, from a new lead or order to the moment it is fulfilled, and then automate the repeatable steps between the tools you already use. Typical projects connect website forms to your CRM, route enquiries to the right person, sync orders and invoices, trigger follow-up emails and keep spreadsheets and dashboards up to date without copy and paste. Every business process automation we build includes clear ownership, error alerts and documented exception handling, so a person always knows what happened and what to do when something unusual arrives. The goal is fewer manual handoffs, faster response times and a workflow your team can maintain.

Software & applications

THE OPPORTUNITY

Build the tool you wish existed.

Custom applications, portals, and dashboards shaped around the way your business works.

When off-the-shelf software forces your team to work around it, a custom application can fit the way your business really operates. We design and develop web applications, client portals, internal tools and dashboards, starting with requirements workshops and clickable prototypes so you can test ideas before committing to a build. Development covers secure user accounts, databases, APIs and integrations with the systems you rely on, followed by testing, deployment and handover documentation. We build in stages, so you see working software early and can adjust priorities as you learn. Custom software development is a larger investment, so we help you decide what to build first, what to buy instead, and how to keep the result maintainable as your business grows.

Design & user experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

Clarity, with a point of view.

Identity and interfaces that make your business recognizable and your product easier to use.

Good design makes your business recognizable and your product easier to use. Our brand and UX design work covers visual identity, typography and color systems, user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes, and interface design systems that keep every page and screen consistent. We start by understanding your audience and where they hesitate, then test directions with real scenarios rather than personal taste. Deliverables include brand guidelines, reusable components and developer-ready files, so the design survives contact with development and stays consistent as you add pages or features. Whether you need a refreshed identity, a clearer checkout or onboarding flow, or a complete product interface, we design with accessibility and conversion in mind from the start.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Web design, SEO and automation: your questions, answered.

What is included in a website project?

A typical website project covers discovery and a sitemap, responsive design, development, content setup, accessibility and performance testing, and a documented handover. We agree the exact deliverables in writing before work begins, so you know which pages, features and integrations are included and what your team will be able to update afterwards.

How much does a website, SEO or automation project cost?

Cost depends on scope: the number of pages or workflows, integrations, content needs and how much ongoing support you want. After a free discovery call, we propose an approach and a written quote tied to agreed deliverables. You see the price before any work starts, and changes to scope are quoted separately.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on scope, content readiness and how quickly feedback rounds close. A focused landing page moves faster than a multi-location ecommerce build or a custom application. Your proposal includes a written timeline with milestones, development updates and feedback rounds, so you always know what happens next and when.

What is technical SEO?

Technical SEO is the work that helps search engines crawl, render, index and understand a website. It covers site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, internal linking, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps and structured data. Strong technical foundations do not guarantee rankings, but weak ones can stop good content from being found.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO helps a business appear when people search for services nearby, including in Google Maps. It focuses on an accurate Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone details across listings, location pages, reviews and local structured data. It matters most for businesses that serve customers in specific cities or regions.

How long does SEO take to show results?

SEO is a long-term investment. Technical fixes can be picked up as soon as search engines recrawl a page, but meaningful changes in traffic and enquiries usually build over several months. Results depend on competition, your starting point and search engine changes, so we report progress against agreed measures rather than promise rankings.

What is business process automation?

Business process automation uses software to handle repeatable steps in a workflow, such as routing website enquiries to a CRM, syncing orders and invoices, or sending follow-up emails. We map the process first, automate the predictable parts, and build in error alerts and human decision points so exceptions never disappear silently.

What happens at handover?

At the end of a project you receive the agreed deliverables, access to every account and tool in your name, and documentation explaining how things work and how to update them. For websites, that includes guidance on editing pages. For automations, it covers triggers, owners and what each alert means.

Do you only work with US businesses?

We focus on small and mid-sized businesses in the United States and also work with clients in Canada. Our team is distributed across the US, Canada, Europe, the UAE and Pakistan, so work can move forward across time zones while you work from one shared plan.
